1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below:

• "fu777" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the fu777 platform operator and its affiliated entities responsible for operating fu777.games.
• "Platform" refers to the fu777 website at fu777.games, including all games, betting services, payment systems, and account management features available thereon.
• "Player" / "you" refers to any individual who registers an account on or uses the fu777 Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered fu777 account held by a Player, including the associated PKR wallet and personal profile.
• "PKR" refers to the Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency used for all transactions on the fu777 Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's account under a fu777 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked on eligible games before withdrawal of any associated winnings is permitted.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to PKR funds deposited directly by the Player, as distinct from Bonus Funds.

2 Eligibility

In addition to the age requirement, you represent and warrant that:

• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player with fu777 or any associated platform exclusion register.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party when depositing funds, placing bets, or requesting withdrawals.
• You do not hold any employment or contractual role with fu777 or any game software provider whose products appear on the Platform, where such a role would create a conflict of interest.
• You understand and accept that online gaming involves risk of financial loss and that fu777 does not guarantee winnings of any amount.

fu777 reserves the right to request eligibility documentation from any Player at any time, including government-issued identity documents and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) fu777 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. fu777 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

fu777 recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. This feature is available free of charge within the account security settings and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on fu777 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). fu777 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, MCB Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT TRC20.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your fu777 account at the time of the transaction. The standard minimum deposit is 500 PKR.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit where technically feasible, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices.
• fu777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on any withdrawal request prior to processing, particularly for first withdrawals and large amounts.
• Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are typically processed within the timeframes displayed on the withdrawal page. fu777 does not guarantee processing times during periods of high platform demand or bank system disruptions.
• Players are solely responsible for any bank charges, mobile wallet transaction fees, or other costs levied by their own payment provider in connection with fu777 transactions.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

fu777 offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and sports betting promotions. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

1. Bonus offers are available to eligible registered Players only. fu777 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
2. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are communicated per promotion. Where a wagering requirement is not met within the stated time limit, Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
3. fu777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
4. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player. Players found to have claimed multiple welcome bonuses through the creation of multiple accounts will have all associated bonuses and winnings forfeited.
5. Certain games may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. The contribution rates applicable to each promotion are displayed in the specific promotional terms.
6. fu777 reserves the right to void any bonus and related winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player or group of Players has abused, exploited, or acted in bad faith in connection with any promotion.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All games available on the fu777 Platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules specifically address the point in question.

With respect to sports betting, including HBL Pakistan Super League markets:

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds and market conditions displayed at the time of placement. fu777 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or any result dispute, fu777 will apply the settlement rules for that sport as published in the sportsbook rules section accessible from within the Platform.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the live odds available at the moment the bet is confirmed. fu777 accepts no liability for network delays that cause a bet to be placed at odds materially different from those the Player intended.
• Maximum win limits apply per bet and per day. Current limits are displayed in the sportsbook terms accessible within the fu777 account dashboard.

For casino and slot games, including Fa Cai Shen Deluxe, Wild West Gold, and all other titles in the fu777 casino lobby:

• All game outcomes are determined by independently tested and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. fu777 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be treated as void and the staked amount returned to the Player's balance. fu777 does not honour winnings produced by a demonstrable software error.
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment. fu777 reserves the right to take up to 72 hours to verify and pay a progressive jackpot win exceeding 1,000,000 PKR.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fu777 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and further legal action where applicable:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in any game category, including but not limited to poker, live casino tables, and Cockfighting betting markets.
• Engaging in money laundering, depositing funds originating from criminal activity, or using the Platform to facilitate any financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or in response to a verification request.
• Exploiting software glitches, errors, or miscalculated odds in a manner that constitutes deliberate abuse rather than legitimate play.
• Attempting to access any other Player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of communication with fu777 staff or other players that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the fu777 Platform, including but not limited to game graphics, software code, trademarks, logos, marketing materials, and written content, is the intellectual property of fu777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without express written permission from fu777.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any software component of the Platform.
• Using fu777 trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any commercial or promotional context without written authorisation.

9 Privacy & Data

fu777 collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately on the Platform at fu777.games/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

In summary, fu777 uses Player data to:

• Operate and maintain your account, including processing deposits and withdrawals in PKR.
• Comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations.
• Detect and prevent fraud, account misuse, and prohibited conduct.
• Communicate with you regarding your account, promotions (where you have opted in), and material changes to these Terms.
• Improve Platform performance through aggregated, anonymised usage analytics.

fu777 does not sell Player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where legally required.

10 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a period of 24 hours to 90 days. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fu777's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount of Real Money Balance held in that Player's account at the time the relevant claim arises.

fu777 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or consequential, indirect, or special losses of any kind, whether or not such losses were foreseeable.
• Platform downtime, service interruptions, or technical failures outside fu777's reasonable control, including internet service disruptions, payment provider outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• The content of any third-party websites accessible via links from the Platform, should any such links exist.

12 Account Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time:

• Player-initiated closure: Players may request account closure by contacting the fu777 support team via live chat. Any verified Real Money Balance outstanding at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after standard verification checks, typically within 5 business days.
• fu777-initiated suspension or closure: fu777 may suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where a Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false documentation, or where fu777 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

In the event of fu777-initiated closure due to a Player's breach of these Terms, fu777 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds, bonus-derived winnings, and — in cases of fraud or money laundering — the entire account balance pending investigation. Real Money Balances not connected to fraudulent activity will be returned to verified payment methods at fu777's discretion.

13 Amendments to These Terms

fu777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notification on the Platform for a period of no less than 7 days prior to the effective date of the change, except where an immediate change is required by law or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the fu777 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to fu777's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, account decision, or payment, Players should first contact fu777's support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. fu777 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 10 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through this process, fu777 will communicate the applicable escalation route to the Player in writing.
